Cybersecurity in healthcare: A systematic review of modern threats and trends

Abstract: 

Cybersecurity is critical in the healthcare system as is protects detailed, vital, and confidential patient information. Unfortunately it is common for health care systems to have out-of-date or ineffective cyber defense systems making them ideal targets for cyber attack. The research article stresses the urgency of resource allocation in the forms of time and money to be spent in building more robust cyber defenses for health care systems.
