Cyberspace is a major focus in international relations theory. Most of the current global powers streamlined cyber issues into their foreign policies by adopting cyber strategies. This article explores the concept of cyber diplomacy by analyzing its evolution as well as its relationship to the broader discussion of international diplomacy. This paper argues that cyber-diplomacy is an increasing practice in the international space wherein cyber international society is being constructed.
