Regulating AI poses many challenges. The first is creating a definition which encompasses the majority of aspects and uses for AI. Cites evidence that ultimately transparency will lead to better AI. However, AI still may have problems namely Bias, Incorrect Modeling, and Opacity due to circumstance.
