The concept of “Social Radars” is increasingly important to understanding social movements and making appropriate decisions, much like how traditional radars detect and interpret objects in physical space. Similarly to physical radars having both active and passive functions, social radars dispatch messages to society while watching signals from social interactions, sentiment analysis, and public discourse. This perspective explores the parallels between traditional and social radars, demonstrating how their integration enhances the ability to perceive and respond to societal trends, security threats, and public movements. The research proposes a comprehensive perception framework that enables real-time intelligence for governments, businesses, and military applications. The holistic approach fosters more adaptive, strategic, and responsive decision-making across multiple domains.
