This is a Cybersecurity initiative written by a non-profit called “New America” that focuses on developing policies that handle rapid technological changes. They analyze how Russian attempts to alter voters’ information environment in the 2016 were not just limited to social media platforms but also specific assaults on campaign infrastructure and private individuals, as well as state-run media efforts.
