The authors of this paper claim that cyber space now is part of a possible global warfare and as such the necessary measures need to be taken. They try to draw lessons from previous wars into a possible cyber war. The paper suggests forming a strategic framework to address possible cyber attacks that USA can face. It does that by raising and responding to six important questions.
