Ukraine is facing an increasing number of cyber incidents since Russia re-invasion, resulting in Ukraine taking a proactive approach to cyber defense. This includes collaborating with hacktivists who gather intelligence from Russian actors to help with dealing with these cyber incidents. Additionally, there has been assistance by foreign governments, but most significantly, there has been collaboration efforts between Western private companies and Ukraine. They help provide crucial cyber defence assistance, helping make Ukraine more resilient as well as overall increasing global security. Coherence between Ukrainian government and providers of cyber defence assistance is still needed, and in the face of fatigue, this becomes more and more difficult.
