The concept of modern political confrontation in cyber space

Abstract:

This article explores how political conflicts are now taking place in cyberspace, focusing on the experiences of Ukraine, the United States, and China. It discusses how cyber attacks can be used to disrupt critical infrastructure, spread disinformation, and influence political processes. The study emphasizes the need for countries to develop effective strategies to protect against cyber threats, such as increasing cooperation between nations, investing in cybersecurity expertise, and updating laws and institutions to address modern challenges. Ukraine, in particular, faces significant cyber threats due to the ongoing conflict with Russia and relies on international partnerships to strengthen its defenses.
