Artificial Intelligence Act

Abstract:

The EU AI Act is a landmark regulation designed to ensure the safe and ethical development and use of artificial intelligence within the European Union. It adopts a risk-based approach, categorizing AI systems into four levels of risk: minimal, limited, high, and unacceptable. High-risk AI applications, such as those in healthcare, law enforcement, and critical infrastructure, must comply with strict transparency, accountability, and safety requirements.
